Booking Terms and Conditions

Booking Confirmation:

All bookings for Weddings, Events and Corporate Functions are confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract or written email confirmation along with a non-refundable deposit, unless otherwise agreed upon.

All bookings for Public Venues are confirmed in writing, they do not require a deposit.

Deposit:
-
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and is payable upon signing the contract. The deposit amount will be outlined in your booking agreement.

Payment Schedule:
-
The remaining balance for Weddings, Events and Corporate Functions is due no later than One Month before the event date, as specified in the booking agreement.

Failure to submit the final payment by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of the booking.

Payment for Public Venues is required within 14 days of performance and will state this on the Invoice following the booking.

Cancellation Policy:
-
For Weddings, Events and Corporate Functions, any cancellations made prior to the event date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

For Weddings, Events and Corporate Functions cancellations made after the final payment has been submitted will result in forfeiture of the entire booking fee.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, both parties will work together to reschedule the event to a mutually agreeable date, subject to availability.

For Public Venues, any cancellations made one week prior to the event date will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the booking cost.

Performance Requirements:

The client is responsible for providing adequate space, power outlets, and any necessary equipment for the performance out side of the equipment provided in the service, as specified in the booking agreement.

Any special requests or requirements should be communicated to the performer in advance and confirmed in writing.

Travel and Accommodation:
-
For Weddings, Events and Corporate Functions, If the event location is outside of 100kms radius, additional travel and accommodation expenses may apply. These costs will be outlined in the booking agreement and are payable by the client.

Liability:

The performer will not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the event, unless caused by negligence or misconduct on the part of the performer or their representatives.

The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or insurance required for the event.

Force Majeure:

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under the contract if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, or natural disasters.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Entertainment (LAWS70273), and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in QLD or through the appropriate courts.

Acceptance:
-
By signing the contract or confirming the booking via email, via text message, or via messages through social media platforms, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these booking terms and conditions.
